Nice, relaxing local beach.
There was a crazy lady that works there that was yelling at everyone. Really weird.
Other than that, Beach is great.
Plenty of parking.
Plenty of space.
Great sunsets.
So beautiful. Most amazing sunsets. My favorite place!
Residents must buy a seasonal beach pass parking sticker, and non-locals have to pay the daily parking fee. (I think it’s $50/day) Restrooms are available. Small Playground for the kids.
Beautiful pebbles .. calm, clean water ❤️
one of the best spot to catch the sun set 🌅

The beach is clean overall and there are not too many people. The beach is relatively small compared to the beaches in NYC like Coney Island and Jones Beach. There’s also a playground area for younger kids and plenty of tables and benches.
Great place to see the sunset. Unless from Brookhaven town, must pay to park. Can also walk or run the mile long road south.
Little slice of heaven on the north shore! Must be Town of Brookhaven resident, though. Typical north shore beach with rocky shoreline (seriously recommend beach shoes). Clean & well kept, with adjacent walk/bike/run path, just over 2+ miles round trip. Best sunsets!
The sand is fine
However, the beach smells weird, and there are so many mosquitoes.
Ignore all that, …
Beautiful beach, georgeous views of sunset, water was calm, very clean bathrooms, playground for kids, not crowded. We loved it...
A beautiful place to spend the day, catch a sunset, or go for a stroll. The beach is not too busy, the walking path is full of great little spots to sneak away for a quiet moment, and the wetland is a great spot for bird watching.
